To expedite the process via email, make sure you clearly include your order number, your issue/issue, your email address (and first and last name) when you made the purchase. We will contact you within 24 hours.

Also be aware that some companies pose as La Vida. If you have ordered some items and we cannot find the order number in our system, it was most likely ordered from a company pretending to be La Vida.

AM I ELIGIBLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

We are confident that our products work and we encourage you to try them for at least 21 days to experience all the benefits of La Vida. If you are still not satisfied and would like to return the items, you can do so after 21 days, within the 90 day period covered by our money back guarantee. Follow the instructions below:

  • Follow the instructions and send the product to the warehouse return address we provide
  • Once your return is received, we will issue a refund within 1 business day (refunds may take longer on weekends)

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers can cancel their order 24 hours after placing it before the order ships for a full refund with no questions asked. To cancel within the time period, please email  info@lavida-usa.com .

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHALL I DO?

If the purchased product is damaged, please contact us by email within 7 days of the delivery date. Please provide a brief description and video/photo of the damaged product. We will issue a replacement immediately. To speed up the process, make sure you follow this format when emailing our Customer Service team:

  • Description and photo or preferably a video of the defective product

MY PRODUCT WAS LOST IN TRANSIT.

We are fully responsible for any packages lost in transit due to customs/delivery courier error. To speed up the process, make sure you use this format when emailing our customer service team:

Our customer service will immediately initiate a replacement for you.

HOW DO I SHIPPING THE ITEMS BACK?

Please refer to the email received after placing the return request for instructions on how to ship the returned products.

*Note: Customers are responsible for shipping their returns, we do not provide return labels. Do not return the product without prior consultation with our team.

Our returns warehouses are currently located in Hong Kong and China.

WHAT ARE MY REFUND OPTIONS?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Refund on store credit (if applicable)

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once you return the product and it has been inspected by our team, we will send an email approving or denying your refund request. Items must be in good condition and include all manuals and other accessories.

We will refund the full product price minus the value of any discount and shipping costs.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund yet, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Double-check your account to make sure the refund hasn't been posted yet.
2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Contact your bank as there is usually a processing period before the refund is posted.
